The Law Firm

Wendy Earle, Law LLC provides experienced, result-oriented legal services to individuals and government entities in all Idaho Counties and throughout Eastern Washington. Wendy is admitted to the practice of law in the Idaho and Washington state bars as well as the Idaho federal bar and Colorado federal bar. She has litigated complex cases in all of the above courts. 

Wendy and associated attorneys have successfully litigated cases in different practice areas including, obtaining a six figure settlement in a special education case on behalf of, a disabled public school student.

Other illustrative but non-exhaustive cases have included  successfully litigating road access matters, adverse possession and boundary line matters and water pollution (toxic tort) matters in state superior and district courts as well as  administrative land use matters before the Washington Shoreline Hearings Board. Wendy has provided litigation support in a complex Idaho probate matter.  She has litigated  employment matters in Idaho federal court. Wendy has litigated complex multi-jurisdictional road construction cases in Idaho and Colorado federal courts.  Additionally, Wendy has successfully litigated dissolution, child custody and adoption matters in both Idaho and Washington courts. She  has also appeared in Idaho employment administrative matters governed by the Idaho Human Rights Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Wendy J. Earle

Wendy is the Owner and Principle of Wendy Earle, Law. She attended both Gonzaga School of Law (where she received a CALI award for top grade in the environmental litigation class) and University of Idaho College of Law (where she was on the German Law Journal editorial board and published a review essay on comparative real property and land use approaches.)

Having grown up in and lived in, rural Colorado and Idaho, Wendy has a unique understanding of these areas along with  the underlying values and dynamics. She has a commitment to preserving and improving the quality of life in the special areas she has inhabited. Wendy has been fortunate to work as an associate in recognized law firms, with accomplished attorneys in Spokane and Seattle but she has always returned to her small town roots.

Wendy has been a featured speaker at a 2023 interactive educational seminar titled: “Idaho Land and Water Law: Ownership and Access”. Her featured presentation segment was “Avoiding, Identifying and Resolving Ethical Issues in Land and Water Transactions.”

Wendy is a former world class ski competitor and pioneering  top ranking skier on  the early freestyle skiing professional tour. Her competitive background has proven to be a useful tool in litigation. It has taught her how to asses risk and how and when to apply an aggressive approach to litigation. She advocates fearlessly and zealously for her clients.
